In a world fractured by division and hostility, the church is called to embody a unity that is other worldly. As the Apostle Paul reminds us in Ephesians 4, this unity is not something we create but something Christ has already accomplished for us. Because it is already ours in him, we can confidently pursue unity even amidst diversity and disagreement. This fall at New Life, we begin our new ministry year theme, Pursuing Unity, with a sermon series in Ephesians 4:1–16. Together we will explore the unifying power of the gospel in the life of the church and see how, through Christ, the body grows in maturity and displays to the world a unity that is unlike anything else. Unity is not optional. It is essential to our calling and witness as the church. Join us as we seek to walk worthy of our calling by pursuing unity together.
